Kathleen E. Holmes

Kathleen Holmes is an energetic, experienced attorney who has a talent and gift for helping people successfully handle their most sensitive family law needs in the Courts of Pennsylvania.   Kathleen is committed to helping our clients tackle the problems that they face in family court. Kathleen’s experience in the area of child custody, support, divorce and private adoption has earned her a reputation with the judges and with her colleagues as a competent and tough lawyer.  Our clients know that she is dedicated and above all they know she cares.
 
Kathleen was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1994 following her graduation from the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  In her undergraduate career, Kathleen studied at the University of Scranton where she earned a double major in political science and history.  Prior to joining Clymer, Musser & Conrad, P.C., Kathleen practiced in all areas of civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  Kathleen is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
 
Kathleen is a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  She grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania and now makes her home here in Lancaster County with her husband and three children.
